She was very thorough and took her time to explain everything that she did. I did not feel rushed or unheard. I would recommend her to others and I appreciated the time she took with me.

I recently became a new patient as my doctor has retired. I loved her! She is very caring and took time with me to go over my history. She made me feel so comfortable and explained things from my history and how we will proceed in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her nurse was also excellent. The location of the office is convenient for me and there is plenty of parking. No going round and round in a parking garage! I also liked that there is a lab on sight and the tech was excellent as well!

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Desai. She is patient, kind and in my opinion, the best endocrinologist in the state. I travel over two hours to Lexington to see her.

I love her as a doctor but when I called recently they told me it would be 10 months before I could get in. I have never heard of a waiting period of 10 months for an already established patient. I have never heard of anyone having to wait 10 months to see a doctor!! It's a shame but I will probably have to look somewhere else. My issues and health can't wait 10 months.

Dr. Desai is one of the most down to earth loving doctors I have the pleasure of seeing. Not only does she take the time to really listen, she calls to check on her patients personally. For someone who is chronically ill, that is invaluable. I can't tell you how much respect I have for her bedside manner.
