Caring, listens to patients, amazing staff
Her staff is incredibly responsive from the beginning. Office is very inviting and comfortable, and she is the first psychiatrist that I’ve had that I feel genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me achieve my goals as it related to my mental health disorders. She is incredibly thorough and intelligent, and is so easy to get in touch with in between appointments (even oftentimes reaching out to check in on how I’m doing if we make a medication change,etc). By far the most patient-oriented psychiatrist I’ve been to.

Disappointed with their response
Sent message thru their website -- no response back. Left vm and they texted back and was able to scheduled a time. The appt Day/time came and no call from their doctor. Texted back asking to reschedule since they never sent a link for the telehealth call. Reschedule for a second , the day of the appt at 4:20 I sent a text asking for a link since the appt was at 4:30. Their response was they send a link right before the appt. Still they sent no link and no call. I sent message back asking what email/phone number they were supposed to send a text. Still no response back and that was almost 3 weeks back. Very disappointed with their lack of care.

Avoid
Only cares about making money. Her office doesn’t have an after hours service and she employees mediocre staff that are medicine problem solving focused.
