It felt like there was a little bit of rushing. When the nurse came in the room and her and the doctor were talking about what /which areas we were going to do procedures on, I asked the dr to explain the process re one the actinic keratosis we were going to freeze, which she did, it was just a lot that couple of minutes and I wanted to be certain I understood everything

Dr. Strand is exceptional. She cares and listens to concerns. She explains processes and answers questions. I very much appreciate that she does the skin biopsy immediately in office versus making you reschedule.
