Dr. Megan Mietelski, MD

Dr. Mietelski has always gone above and beyond. I had a bad experience with another doctor who told me there was nothing I could do for the concern I had. I was very anxious for my first visit and had a long list of symptoms. She sat with me and listened to everything I said. She took me seriously and ordered lab work immediately. She got me on a medication that has saved me a lot of pain. Every interaction I've had with her has been wonderful. She is very thorough, explains things well, and is empathetic and easy to talk to. I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN. The second you have issues or concerns, she will become a vile woman without any shred of empathy. She made it very clear she didn't care about me or my concerns as a patient. I've been having some strange physical symptoms over the last 6 months. I asked her if we could do some bloodwork and check my hormone levels to start. This REALLY set her off. She went into an angry rant about how it couldn't possibly be my hormones with absolutely no basis. I said if that's the case then let me get the blood work and eliminate it as a possible cause. She proceeded to dismiss my symptoms without any examination. She laughed at my concerns & repeatedly told me this was her problem. I told her I would continue to advocate for my health & if she wouldn't order them, I'd find another doctor. She stood aggressively said she'd order the labs. I asked if we could discuss them and she said it'll be on your after visit summary, then slams the door, leaving me crying in the room.

Rudest doctor I have ever met! And clearly I'm not the first person to experience this. There are several reviews that experienced the same 'Mad Doctor' before she even entered the room. How is this allowed to continue? No one should be treated with the amount of disrespect this doctor showed. I would NEVER recommend her because quite honestly based on the reviews, I'm not sure which personality you will encounter. And IF you happen to get her on a good day.....it is NOT worth the risk of what she's like on a bad day!!!!

I was absolutely appalled at the demeanor of Dr. Mietelski during my visit. She was rude, condescending, and sarcastic from the moment she walked into the room. She was extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend her. Most of the recommendations were quite some time ago so perhaps it is time to revisit patient communication skills.

I absolutely loved Doctor Mietelski bedside manner. She made you feel so comfortable in talking with her. Her staff in regards to following through before and after visit was superb! I will DEFINITELY send women to see her! Thank you!

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She berated me and spoke with hostility. She was upset that I arrived on time, instead of 15 minutes early. I didn't feel safe and had to leave. She has amazing reviews and I was looking forward to meeting her, but unfortunately, I was the recipient of righteous indignation. If she berated me because I did not arrive at the time she wished, I would not trust her to make sound medical decisions. STAY AWAY! I'm not sure why the bad reviews are hidden, I can't be the only one that experienced this. She seemed to act like she had every right to treat me this way.

Kind and pleasant personality, very thorough physician, provides detailed explanations

Dr. Mietelski was one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen and she was so kind and caring to me before, during and after the Biopsy she gave me.

This was my first visit w Dr Mietelski and I admit I was nervous. I’ve been needing a new doctor for a while and made the appointment with her based on reviews. I had quite a few concerns to discuss and you never know what sort of reactions you’ll get (I am always fearful of my concerns being dismissed by medical professionals). I am happy to say I was incredibly surprised and relieved by how wonderful Dr. Mietelski was. She listened and offered a ton of guidance, took my concerns seriously and set a path forward without it seeming overwhelming. She’s friendly, approachable and seems to know her stuff! I learned a lot and feel that I’m in good hands. I am already recommending her to others!

Dr. Mietelski is incredible. She went through all my medical history from the beginning and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She provided me with plenty of information to read up on and outlets for other parts of my healthcare team. She’s a caring doctor and I’m happy to have her as part of my medical team.

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Mietelski. I was super impressed. I can’t remember the last specialist that took the amount of time to comb through all my medical stuff with me. She actually offered a handful of possible options that the last two obgyn’s I had, did not. She basically started from scratch with my charts and didn’t skimp on any details. I really appreciated the time she took, her kindness, and her determination to help get me on the right track!

Dr. Mietelski was fantastic. She listened to all my concerns and answered my questions seriously. She showed that she really cared about my health and explained everything so that I understood it. I left my appointment very pleased with my care.

Dr. Mietelski is a fantastic doctor that listened to every single concern that I had. She made the exam comfortable and she answered all of my questions. She even took into consideration my partner's health which was probably the coolest thing ever. I'm seriously glad I switched to her, I feel like for the first time in my life a doctor actually wants to help me.

Dr. Mietelski was great! She has excellent bedside manner. She is very easy to talk to. She explains everything very well and answers all your questions. I am so glad I found her. The staff is great as well.

Dr. Mietelski is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever been to. I've had really bad experiences with previous doctors being dismissive or judgmental. She was the complete opposite of what I expected. Extremely friendly and put me at ease right away. She listened to all my concerns and answered my questions without making me feel belittled. She explained my options thoroughly and even made some recommendations for other unrelated health concerns. I can tell she really cares about her patient's overall health. I wish I would have gone to her years ago. I finally feel like I'm receiving the care I need.

Dr. Mietelski is a very thorough doctor. She is very friendly and I felt as though I was receiving fantastic care because she went the extra mile to help with diagnoses and my symptoms. My mother and I both go to her and have had fantastic experiences.

I have had many anxieties about going to the doctor. Some of the reasons include unresolved women issues and in general, with few exceptions, I have had alot of judgy or not so friendly doctors in the past. My main concerns for finding new a new doctor were 1) being female, 2) having a friendly, sweet, non-judgmental doctor and 3) really specializing/interested in women's issues. In my search, I resolved prior to my visit Dr.Mietelski was the right choice for me but was still nervous. When the appt came, the first minute she came in the door, she observed my anxieties and did everything she could to make me feel relaxed and also asked me many questions and made me feel like what I had been feeling this whole time wasn't just in my head! She gave me many recommendations to solve the issues. You can tell she really cares and listens. I was in tears because finally I had resolutions for 10+ year problems and I had found the right fit. I am extremely grateful for her! 10+ STARS!!
