February 2025 Update: I continue to see Dr. Gleason for my arthritic shoulder and she continues to give me smart treatment, guidance and prognosis for the future. I’ve never had so much confidence in a physician. After each appointment, I’m reminded how fortunate I am to have healthcare and the opportunity to see the country’s best physicians. Lastly, I have referred three friends to Dr. Gleason’s office for their healthcare needs. #fortunateAs a former college football player and active professional for 40 years since leaving college, my body is what one would imagine. I searched for a local Orthopedic specialist due to pain of an old ACL replacement. My primary physician recommended Dr. Gleason. The day I called she was able to see me. Once arriving I was quickly greeted and easily logged in. Her staff was attentive, understanding, and genuine. Dr. Gleason took me through my x-rays (taken a few minutes earlier right down the hall). She answered every question I had in a way that I can understand. Her examination was thorough and not at all rushed, explaining several options for treatment. After a few more questions, she prepared me for the cortisone shot and managed my expectations for the after effects. One day later, my knee feels great! Thank you Dr. Gleason!

After walking me through it step by step, the surgery went exactly as she had described and predicted. Dr Gleason is a tremendous balance of first rate surgeon and terrific people person. She explains in great detail and with care what she needs to do to help a patient and the steps required post surgery to improve your situation.

Dr. Gleason treated my son for a torn PCL. She was fantastic throughout the whole process and worked hand in hand with his PT to help him recover quickly.The practice was great as they hand in house services for bracing and PT.Dr. Gleason’s team was top notch and she was great answering all our questions as my son is a high level athlete looking to play at the college level.

Dr. Gleason was terrific. She listed carefully to all of my symptoms and did good exam. She came up with a treatment plan that made sense. It was not overkill but also addressed the potential problems with follow up plans in place. Her bedside manner is excellent and her knowledge of the shoulder and neck was solid. I would strongly recommend her!

Didn’t feel she listen to my complaints! Appointment was an hour late! Was inattentive to what I said! The nurse was condescending! Acting like I was making up my symptoms!! Never had this from any other ONS doctor or nurse!!

My right elbow was sore and painful at times, specially when playing golf. Turns out I have 'Golfers elbow', similar condition but different from tennis elbow. I had 5-6 x-rays taken at the time of the visit with Dr. Gleason, modern equipment and professional technician. Dr. Gleason reviewed with me how I could best care for this condition, including specific exercises. Learned a lot about why I had the tendon pain and how I had acquired it.Dr Gleason is a great listener and communicator and will now be my go to orthopedic physician.

Thorough and willing to spend time with me. This is unusual with many physicians these days. She has a fantastic rep as a surgeon but isn’t jumping to a surgical solution which is welcome. She took my pain seriously and followed the signs it was showing to get to the root of the problem.

Caring,thorough, dedicated, attentive, responsive and a very talented surgeon, Dr. Gleason is amazing. She is so experienced and takes her time with each patient, giving them top notch care from start to finish. I'm very grateful she's been my doctor and surgeon, I'm so much better than I ever was.
