Dr. Megan Chapter-Zylinski, DO

I recently had my second lapidus bunion surgery with Dr. Chapter Zylinski. Each time everything went as planned. Great care from her and the entire team from my first appointment onward. My first foot looks & feels great and my most recent is following suit. Very happy! And Dr. C Z REALLY loves her job & cares about her patients.

My experience was terrible. First of I made my appointment a month in advance and the day before my appointment at 1:00pm they cancelled it. Then when I finally had my appointment, I talked maybe about 3 minutes to an intern and was told to have x-rays of both of my feet because I was having plantar fasciitis pain. I spoke to her for maybe about 2 -3minutes and she didn't even look at my x-rays or even touch my foot. Now I am being charge 2 copays for the 1 visit since supposedly I could have said no to the X-rays even, thou I was never told that. I have never been charged 2 copays for 1 visit from any doctor I have seen. I have been multiple times to an ENT and had multiple tests done (x-rays, hearing, upper endoscopy test, etc.) and only had to pay 1 copay. I will never go back to this office or doctor.

Dr Chapter-Zylinski did my lapiplasty. She was very upfront from the beginning about what to expect, including how long it will take the swelling to go away. There were no surprises, and her bedside manner was terrific from beginning to end.
