WRITING TO EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER DURING MY RECENT APPOINTMENT AT NORTH ANDOVER LOCATION. AFTER WAITING FOR 1 HOUR, Dr. Megan L. Bernstein barely spent 5 minutes with me, never asked any health-related questions nor reviewed 16 page questionnaire (why waist people time if nobody is reviewing it)? and rushed to the other patient not even responding to my questions. Not professional at all. To me that's an example of an extremely poorly run doctor's office - I want my money back. I will never ever come in to this office and canceling my follow-up appointment immediately. Would never recommend this office to anybody - what a waste of time!

The worst dermatologist I ever went to. She would make perhaps a good pathologist, but not a dermatologist for living patients.

I love love Dr. Bernstein! She is so smart, yet I feel totally comfortable talking with her and she listens. She has taken the time to really help me through a complicated diagnosis. Her compassion and friendly nature immediately will set you at ease and then her thoroughness in providing top notch care will leave you impressed.

Dr. Bernstein and her office staff are incredibly incompetent. They have strung me along for over four years without offering a feasible solution to my problem. Despite the recommendations from other specialists, Dr. Bernstein refuses to provide treatment. They also must not keep accurate records, as I frequently call and explain the same situation over and over again. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone.
