Dr. Meg Carnegie, MD

Dr. Carnegie is a great physician and goes the extra mile for her patients. I have seen her for about 7 or 8 years. I've had a great experience being her patient and continue to see her as my primary!

Dr. Carnegie is simply amazing! She is incredibly attentive to her patients and always puts their best interests at the forefront. I never once felt judged while in her presence; she simply listened and made suggestions without pushing me one direction or the other. Additionally, I never once had a billing issue when seeing her, which I’ve learned is not often the case.

I have overall be fairly disappointed with Dr. Carnegie's business. Office has sluggish response to phone calls and messages. I routinely have to leave 2-3 messages with the office before getting a call back, let alone a response to my request. Difficult to get prescriptions refilled. Never get a call or response back with test results, except once after I hounded the office for several days trying to get a response. Point in case-- I saw her in the office a week and half ago and she was going to send labs and imaging orders to St. Pats and notify me, but this has yet to be completed, despite now 3 phone calls to the office. Pretty lackluster customer service. Nice lady, but having difficulties with all of this is leading me to likely be switching providers in near future.

She never gets back to you.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. Always had the best luck getting my questions answered in a timely fashion. I wouldn't trade her for nothing in the world. I love her to death. When I had a question she took the time to listen. Thank You Dr. Carnegie

It is very difficult getting prescriptions filled, even after surgery. My husband had to call three times for medication expecting it to have already been called into the pharmacy. It wasn't there until the next day. Office hours are limited to Monday, Tuesday, 9-5, Wednesday, noon -7, Thursday 9-noon. She doesn't let patients know that. I called on Thursday after noon to find they had left for the weekend. No other doctor covers for her, so a prescription will not get filled unail next Monday
