I really believe Dr. Patel is very good at taking the time to diagnosis and treat her patients. I love her staff! They are very good and getting me in when I am sick and treating my chronic diseases. I am very grateful to caring physicians like this one, when it is hard to find one these days.

Dr. Patel is excellent at listening to concerns and properly diagnosing problems. The staff is very friendly and I am almost always able to get an appointment the same day.

Dr. Patel misdiagnoses patients and does not spend enough time with them to listen to their concerns. She misses important imaging and lab findings that can lead to patient harm. When you call her office to ask about your abnormal labs, they are rude and Dr. Patel does not show any concern at all that she missed the abnormal results. She doesn't even apologize for her mistake. Would recommend you AVOID her if you care for your health.

I will always recommend Dr. Patel. She is a JEWEL of a doctor. She has made a huge difference in the health of my mother-in-law!!!!!

I really truly wish I could rate this poor excuse of a 'doctor' lower. She denied my mother care on her first visit to her office to be seen as a new patient. Her reason for denying my disabled mother? That they 'wouldn't get along' due to her disability. Which is RSD. This lady doesn't deserve an office. She was so incredibly rude I don't recommend even my worst enemy seeing this fool.

To be honest I never saw Dr Patel but I wouldn't since her office staff is rude, judgmental and lack common knowledge of health insurance. I called to schedule an appointment for my mother who would have been a new patient and she has Caresource purchased in the healthcare insurance marketplace, not medicaid. Well, the receptionist was very short with me and my mother and stated that Dr Patel does not accept medicaid patients and she knew nothing about Caresource Just 4 me. Just ignorant.
