My experience was that the concierge service ruined what was a nice practice.Expensive, the only plus was a short wait time. It is a great deal for the doctors but in reality the receptionists were kind but the doctor did the bare minimum and clearly did not have compassion or a love for the job.

Concierge Practice changed everything
Unfortunately becoming a concierge practice changed everything . The receptionists and techs are great but you get nothing extra for a few thousand dollars a year. It should be expected that you get treated well and receive timely and compassionate care without the price tag.
