Si pudiera darle -1000 lo haría. La espera puede ser hasta de 8 horas y el personal administrativo tiene 0 en empatía, son arrogantes, altaneras y poco les importa el bienestar del paciente. Esto es inhumano y da profundo coraje y tristeza!

Si pudiera darle 0 lo haría el peor trato que e visto para esta pobre gente que están desde las 7 de la mañana y todavía a las 3 de la tarde no los atienden. La recepcionista la peor que me atendido. Me voy bien decepcionada del sistema de salud de Puerto Rico. Que retroceso tan grande

Espera falta de humanidad y consideracion
Es una desgracia citar pacientes a las 7am y atenderlos casi 5pm. Total desconsideración al paciente y su familia. Ni en la EDAD MEDIA los curanderos trataban la gente así. Secretarias son peores aún. No recomendado. Si le interesa ser respetado busque otro médico

Trato inhumano
Es inhumano ver como citan a todos los pacientes para las 7:00 de la mañana y la doctora llegar casi al mediodía. La mayoría de los pacientes son personas mayores que llegan a su cita y tienen que esperar 6 horas para ser atendidos. El personal de la oficina es poco sensible al dolor de sus pacientes. Horrible experiencia.

Es una pena que usted tenga unas recepcionistas tan inhumanas y repugnantes !! Se que estamos en pandemia y hay q tomar medidas de seguridad , Pero ni una pregunta te permiten hacer y si tocas el timbre no contestan , si una persona sale y re paras en la puerta te ladran de que no puedes entrar !! Entonces como uno puede preguntar algo con relación al paciente ??
