Dr. May Fan, MD

I have quit seeing this doctor. I felt that the appointment was too short (1/2 hour) for an annual physical. I felt judged, not heard, and that she did not care about me or my health. The doctor expressed disapproval loudly and with agitation after I asked a question and she told me I had to come to another appointment to answer that question. I felt she spent too much appointment time reading older chart notes rather than doing the physical. I cried during the appointment because I felt yelled at and judged.

The office staff is great and Dr Fan is a very thorough during the visits. She also is great with my teen daughter. She asked great questioned and was genuinely interested in her well being.

Dr. fan is warm and set me at ease right away. Any questions I had were answered readily. I feel she is Professional and dedicated to her position.

Inept and insensitive to our families needs. Major concerns regarding her lack of communication and understanding of common health issues. Not the best reputation within the community, we’re not hearing great things about her, but are hearing consistent comments validating our own concerns.

Very friendly and highly capable. Dr. Fan explains treatment options (pros and cons) clearly and makes sure patient is comfortable with plan.

Dr. Fan has taken care of our family for 30 + years. My son is an adult and is now an R.N. and chooses to use Dr. Fan as his primary care physician. We trust her and feel very lucky to have such an exceptional Dr.
