The most unorganized office staff
doctor bermudez office runs by unorganized staff. His assistant Olivia is chaotic .She should be fire she lied to 71 old patient that she fax referral when referral was not in the system and never ordered by doctor . Avoid this CHAOTIC team. Olivia license should be revoke for her deceptive practice
