Patient
Office staff and billing are really messed up and you can't clear things up with them. They receive payments and don't cash the checks, and they say they mail many bills and the patient never receives them. After reading reviews I am not the only one this happens to. Too bad because he is a good doctor but no one has time for his office trouble making.

Best overall experience I have ever had with an office, from the moment I walked into the door to seeing the doctors, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The doctors went out of their way to help me in anyway they can.

I have never written a review before, but because of how great of an experience I had at this office I decided to write one. The doctors were amazing they were so great with me and my daughter. They sat down and explained everything to us.The staff were so nice, I am so happy I found this office.

Best Office I have ever been too! I have been to pretty much every doctor in the area and this is the first time anyone has ever fit contacts that actually work for me. Both the younger and senior Dr. Walsh were so nice and extremely helpful. I will be going here and sending all my friends and family to this office from now on.

Dr. Max Walsh has been my Dr. since 1981. Very professional and very thourough. I just had cataract surgery on both eyes this month and had wonderful results. I had 20/20 vision in one eye and 20/15 in the other. I could not be more thankful for the care I received. I am also very pleased with Dr. Christopher Walsh. These two guys are the best.

Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff. We received an invoice eight (8) months after services rendered for an insurance billing error on their behalf. We were informed the all billing inquires are handled from 11:00am-4:00pm on Wednesday's. The office staff refuses to return phone calls and hung up on us twice while we contested the invoice. The doctors are wonderful but their office staff is truly horrendous.

Have been to many different eye doctors in Royal Oak and Birmingham, this was the first time I felt the doctor actually cared about me and my problems. Go see him

Staff is unhelpful, and rude plus I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I was not the only one in the waiting room who was there a LONG time. AND I missed my 4pm appointment with another doctor because they were so late in taking me (and than it took along time after I was seen for the other stuff). My appointment time was 1pm. Will be looking elsewhere for an eye doctor. Dr. Walsh is great but he needs to clean out his current staff.

Go somewhere else. Staff is unhelpful and rude. They lie to you and are not trustworthy. Dr Walsh and his son are great, however the staff is NOT friendly or helpful in ANY WAY and because of this I will take my family and friends else where for eye help.
