Dr Steele is friendly enough when dealing with my minor daughter. The issue I have comes up when the bill arrives for his services. There is no option to pay online, I can only mail a check or pay over the phone. However, the billing clerk only works Wednesday mornings and Friday evenings (no specific hours given) so when I call to pay when it's convenient for me to do so, I have to leave a message in order to receive a return call when it is not convenient for me. Frustrating!!!

Dr. Steele delivered all 3 of my children. The 3rd child ended up in the NICU at LDS hospital. Baby was full term and almost 7 lbs but his lungs didn't want to transition. Dr. Steele made sure my son was under the best care, and took good care of me as a mother struggling with a son she could not take home. He is professional, but understands your experience is personal. Years later, I lost my husband in a care accident. Dr. Steele drove over 200 miles to Idaho to attend the funeral.

Dr Steele delivered my son via c section. C section was necessary due to previous c section by a different Dr. Dr Steele saw cysts, very common, and biopsied them. He found I had ovarian cancer and saved my life. Thank you. During pregnancy, he gave me options and let me make decisions. 90% of doctors would not have biopsied my cysts even though all insurance carriers will instantly approve the 5 minute procedure. In time for appts and great staff. Thank you
