Doctor Ruffy took care of my children growing up youngest is 19 now and my oldest is 35 years old. He did Two surgeries on two of my children. Sweet caring Doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr Ruffy since the very beginning. He has also treated most of my extended family. Always a professional who is kind and caring. His expertise always helps my speedy recovery from chronic sinusitis attacks. Bends over backwards to accommodate his patients’s needs. Cannot find anyone like him in Queens, where I live now, so I find myself in Brooklyn when I need expert care.

Great doctor. Great communications skills and a true gentleman. Visited more frequently when our children were younger but had cause to return to him for my own needs and my wife's needs. Office tends to get backed up, but it is worth the wait. His office staff on the other hand are not patient friendly and at times downright rude. Wish it were otherwise, but at the end of the day, I am rating the doctor not the staff.
