Genuine caring doctor

For me, Dr. Bonilla has been a breath of fresh air. Exasperated by uncaring doctors and their rude staff, Dr. Bonilla is the exception. My first appointment was actually a pleasant experience. My wait in the lobby was about five minutes. My wait in the exam room was another five minutes. He was kind and spent lots of time with me. Answered all my questions and even suggested some ideas to investigate my health further. Referrals were literally approved that same day and I received multiple texts keeping me informed on the progress of various requests. I’m seriously not used to prompt service in the medical industry. If only all doctors focused on the actual care of their patients instead of overbooking and seeing the patient for two minutes. Grateful to finally find a caring doctor.
