Dr. Maurice Cohen, MD

Just moved back from Colorado having stomach problems for several years. I had seen several doctors and had multiple test preformed. Dr. Cohen diagnosed the problem and recommended further evaluation. I no longer have agonizing pain in my stomach area and continue to grow stronger. Bedside manner is very professional. He explained and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cohen to friends & family. Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for over ten years. HIs competency, friendly demeanor, and positive communication style made some very unpleasant medical procedures bearable. I would recommend him for specialty gastroenterology medical care.

Was a patient since 2008. No more. Due to his negligence in treating my GERD for nearly a year I ended up in the ER on Father’s Day from falling and having broken bones on my face, a concussion and low potassium from months of vomiting, no appetite I now have to see a neurologist for any permanent damage. Don’t get me started on his office staff. Very poorly run office!! He also gave me a medication to help. I asked if it would interact with all my meds. She said absolutely not. It did. Probably didn’t even look at my chart I think I am going to write a letter to him so he can see what his negligence did to me. Show all pictures of what happens when doctors don’t seem to care very much. I am disgusted and so disappointed I found it odd they didn’t charge me for all my records and I got them in a week. Probably because I checked one of the reasons I wanted them was for “legal”

Office staff is unprofessional and rude. Physicians medical decision making is questionable.

Knowledgeable and Professional.

Dr Cohen performed my colonoscopy. He has the most amazing bedside manner i have seen from a doctor in a very long time. He explained everything that was going to happen and calmed my nerves. As soon as i woke up he was right there explaining everything he found and how it was going to be addressed. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Dr Cohen has a great bedside manner and even called me the day after my endoscopy to check on me. He is also very professional, but kind.

Don’t go to this doc! If it wasn’t for my personal doc ordering stool cards at home I’d be dead! Told me to come back in 3 years! 15 months later cancer!!!!

Best doctor ever! I have been a patient over 10 years and he is so knowledgeable! He stays right up with all new studies and treatments!

Horrible doctor who let a patient with stomach distress suffer for 5 months. Had patient see nurse practitioner. Eventually ended up in ER. Got medical records and found out pancreatic distress never told to patient. Staff horrible in relaying messages. Dr Cohen only works a couple of hours a week. Office building from the 1970s.

I have had Dr. Cohen for at least 15-20 yrs. He has treated me for many G.I. issues and has been spot on with all his diagnosis & treatments. He never says I think it could be.... He always gives you a definitive response. Not only is he spot on but has a very warm yet still professional manner. I am so comfortable with him & trust him whole heartedly.
