Very thorough in explaining surgical and treatment options and took the time to listen to all my symptoms. Dr O’Shaughnessy and the resident pulled up my MRI and showed me what was causing my pain.

Diagnosed with Dupruytrens, UK hospitaL was recommended. Medication for injections so expensive they require pre-authorization before making an appt. injections. I received the call from Dr Oshaunesseys office saying insurance pre authorization was in and I set appt and had procedure. Now UK hospital has billed me for over 27,000 for medicine alone! I stopped by office , been calling for a year and paying for an atty to get the email or letter of prequalification. They will not return calls or coooerate with my atty. So if you like 27,000 pharmacy bills that you were told you were prequalified for, DR Oshaugnesseys office is your place to go. If you want honest people who return phone calls I recommend finding another office.

DR. O Shaughnessy is a wonderful doctor. She completed a hand surgery for me. Very pleased with her work and bedside manner. Very sweet!
