Dr. Maureen Clark, DO

After suffering from a chronic condition due to post menopause for YEARS and being told by 2 different male gynecologists that there was nothing wrong with me; Dr Clark diagnosed me instantly and provided me with medical relief. I am eternally grateful to her.

I found Dr. Clark to be patient, compassionate, respectful and communicated well. She was welcoming and warm and made me feel comfortable in her care. The office was clean and her staffwere helpful and polite

If you want a doctor or office to care about you, DO NOT SEE DR CLARK. I had a mammogram in November and due to some lumps and masses found, was told by the radiologist that I had to schedule another one in 6 months. Dr Clark received this request from the radiologist, yet it took me 3 1/2 months to get her or someone from team on the phone. I called an left messages every 2 weeks and just heard back after finally leaving one last exasperated voicemail. When finally speaking to her, she offered no apology and said she made “a note” that I needed to be examined by her before scheduling another mammogram. And yet, I heard from no one and had to call over and over again for 3 1/2 months for any sort of response. She refused to schedule another mammogram for me without demanding that I pay her another visit. So she could charge me and take my money again for nothing?! VERY unsettling. If I happen to have a malignant mass, i shouldn’t have to keep calling for months for a reply

She has zero bedside manners. Extremely rude and disrespectful to the patient and patient’s family members. Unwilling to explain current medical condition and prognosis. If you are pregnant or need gyn care, please do yourself a huge favor and stay away!

Dr. Clark is one of the most patient, compassionate and professional doctors I have ever seen. She makes me feel at ease and never rushes her time. I wish we had more doctors like her
