he has ZERO ability to talk to patients. ii went to him for a surgery consultation recommended by my podiatrist. he didnt listen to what i had to say and despite what my podiatrist had recommended, wanted to drag me thru physical therapy and Ibuprofen. i am way past this point on heal pain. try listening to your patients or talk to the primary doctor.

Today we went into the office to have a visit with Dr. Tolley. It was very busy in the office today and we had to wait an hour for us to be seem . As we waited,we noticed that Dr Tolley was running from exam room to exam room with his mask below his nose . My sister is a high risk patient so it concerned me that I observed this behavior. We finally got called back to our exam room which was probably 14x14 in size . Than Dr. Tolley came in we said hello and , I noticed that his mask was still under his nose. I asked him politely if he could please put his mask over his nose . He angrily stated that his mask won’t stay up above his nose that’s why he leaves it under his nose because every time he talks it falls down anyway . I shared with him that maybe you could get a bigger mask and that it’s CDC regulations that you’re supposed to have a mask on to protect your patients. He told us that we could leave and get another doctor. even after she had been a patient there for a year.
