Dr. Matthew Terranova, DO

He is the beat Dr that I have ever been to. He is caring and kind. Explains everything and takes the time with you. He also calls you back ASAP. I cant recommend him enough.

Dr. Terranova is great and patient, unfortunately can't say the same about the staff. Left several messages to prescribe a medication since before Thanksgiving. Call at least 3 times per week with detail explanation, never got a call back nor does anyone pick up. Finally got the medication prescribed but sent to the wrong pharmacy also wrong type of prescription.

Made an appointment online 11/17/21 as a new patient and scheduled for 11/29/21. Get a call today (11/29/21) to let me know they are canceling my appointment as there are no openings for new patients until April 2022. Had almost 2 weeks to let me know this and choose to call hours before I had already changed work and life plans to be able to make todays visit. Was looking forward to starting here as I've heard great things about Dr. Terranova, but seems like I should of taken into account the not so good reviews for office staff. Shame....guess I'll go keep the search going for a new office.

Dr. Terranova is a great Doctor he listens to you and takes his time and answers all your questions.

Dr. Terranova is a good and competent doctor but there is a big problem with the answering staff in their office. The people that take and make appointments are rude, impatient and have no idea what customer service is all about. They want to end your call right away, abruptly put you on hold or transfer you immediately without hearing your concerns.

his asst who sends script to pharmacy refused to listen well regarding address of the Pharmacy, happened twice, she needs to smile, but doctor is excellent, very nice, explained well decease process that can be be understood by caregiver or patient

Dr.T doesnt return phone calls if your looking for a Dr. who takes a week to get back to you then this is the guy for you but if your very sick good with Dr.T if you know what I mean RIP

Dr. Terranova is very nice doctor all my family like him But his answering phone staff and trying to get referral after leaving a voice msg with No return back is very bad, need to improve that , his staff dose not care about helping very sad , I called on 12/30/20 asking for referral to do prostate check up and they transfers me to voice msg which I left my info and u till 2:30 pm no call back, called back the office and I was told that some one will call me that did not happen.

Dr. Terranova is a great Doctor. Unfortunately I cannot say the same of his office staff/front desk. Extremely rude. I visited the clinic yesterday 8/4/2020. Only half of my prescription was filled missing the most important medication. I was in pain called in today ,the lady on the phone had an attitude, kept asking what was prescribed, makes me wonder if they keep records of what they prescribe to patients .Frustrated I asked if they have records, she hung up on me .I called again was kept on hold for a long time . Worst patient experience. Left numerous messages yesterday ,no one returned calls as a patient I guess you have to keep calling until you get your issue resolved no one returns calls . Such a shame since the Doctors are great. Worked for customer service myself for 14 years never had to leave a negative review in my life, but the front office staff at this clinic are terrible. Customer's /patients pay your salaries treat them kindly.

Dr. Terranova is an excellent physician that listens extremely well and approaches medicine in a need that best suits his patient. He takes the time to personally know you and your needs and works with you to meet and exceed your needs. He is, in my opinion, a personal physician that wants your illnesses to be cured, but your life to be the best available and works diligently with you to make it happen.

Have been going to Dr. T for almost two years. Very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Very nice man, he does care. I would say he could improve on communication with other doctors in complicated cases such as mine. Also it takes a very long time to get to him or get a message to him through his nurse or office staff. I often wait days to get a prescription refilled.

He is a terrific doctor and even nicer person. Cares about his patients. Takes time to explain things in terms you can understand.

I’ve been searching for a PCP with an excellent reputation. After many months, I’ve finally found Dr. Terranova. He spends time with each patient and doesn’t rush you out. He seems quite caring as does his office staff and nurses. The wait times to see him usually don’t exceed 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Terranova.

Dr. Terranova is amazing! He really listens and answers questions and doesn’t rush the visit.
