Waited 2.5 hours to see the doctor who was unapologetic. Absolutely unacceptable. We had called to let them know we'd be about 10 minutes late. When we told him how long we had waited he said he thought we were an hour and a half late!! Um NO. Office staff was friendly. I'll never go there again.

Be prepared for a very long wait time. He doesn't listen well at all. I wish I'd never chose him.

The office staff is awful. I am currently in the office where I have been for over 2 hours. I am told by the front desk that this is a typical wait. The exam room (where I've been for 25 minutes) has equipment that looks like it hasn't been updated in forever. The other doctor is actually seeing a patient across the hall with doors still open (mine and hers). That seems very inappropriate. I will revisit my review for an opinion of the doctor himself if and when I get to see him.

Low quality office staff. rude ignorant and in my opinion totally incompetent. Straka piles the patients in to maximise profits and than the patient waits literately hours to get in. The first time i waited two and a half hours. today two hours before it was found out the staff didnt check me in as they were supposed to. And this was after they rescheduled me for this appoint on short notice. An office that doesnt care at all about patients and only about the money in the bank.

I meet with Dr. Matthew Straka yesterday. It was a horrible experience. He was rude and left the room while I was still talking and trying to explain my symptoms to him. He waved his hands in front of my face while he stood in front of me and said "we have a failure to communicate!" You don't talk to your patients like that!!! I left there crying and so upset. A resolution was not reached. He did absolutely nothing to help me.

Dr Straka was amazing with my daughter Brooke when he took her tonsils out he was always upfront about what was going to happen and came to see me as soon as the procedure was done. I give him 5 ?????????? I would recommend him to anyone needing an ear, nose and throat Doctor.

He's everything a Doctor should be. He listens attentively, addresses all questions and concerns, explains things that are confusing and genuinely cares. Not many doctors these days have much of a bedside manner.
