Poor bedside etiquette
Came into the ER in severe pain due to my ovarian cysts and possible torsion and he told me to keep it down and that I was causing a scene for other patients and that I need to calm down before he can help me. I don't wish anyone to see him, and its not my only bad experience with him.

Awesome Dr.
I brought my som to Plainfield ER for severe uncontrollable muscle twitching. Dr Spates has an excellent bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable and knew what tests to order. Wish he had his own practice!
