Dr. Matthew Soff, MD

Disregarding the long wait time to be seen, my first time patient experience was wonderful. Dr Soff took his time reviewing my family medical history, listening to my concerns and decided on a treatment plan. The time spent was extraordinary , not rushed and I felt he had genuine concern for my well being. He made me feel comfortable from the get go and I will certainly recommend him to family & friends.

I Just saw Dr. Soff. This was about my 4th visit with him. It is always a wonderful EXPERIENCE with Dr. Soff. He is caring, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He is truly AMAZING. Dr. Soff makes you feel welcomed and does not rush you. He takes the time to explain everything diligently. You start to feel better just by talking with him. 5 Gold stars for Dr. Soff.

I just saw Dr. Soff for the first time. It was the last appointment of the day, on a Friday afternoon. Most doctors would’ve been in and out in 5 minutes. Not Dr. Soff. I have a complex case and I still did not feel rushed at all. He was friendly, knowledgable & thorough. He made me feel comfortable and I love that he doesn’t take him self too seriously. I’ve been in so much abdominal pain for the last few weeks. It’s been miserable and truly life altering. I’ve already seen multiple doctors, done testing & been to the ER. Dr. Soff is the only one who listened and I left today feeling hopeful for the first time. I have been seeing other doctors from a large, well-known hospital system and the care I received today was far superior. The woman who schedules the procedures & the one who checked me out (I missed their names) were also very kind & helpful. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Soff & his team! :)

Dr Soff treats his patients with respect. He's very friendly and makes you feel good even when you're not feeling well. He was able to diagnose me and he really helped me.

Dr Soff allowed me to train with him when I was in medical school. He is a great physician with a great bedside manner. I still quote him to my patients.

Dr. Matthew Soff is nothing short from amazing! He is so thorough and takes the time to understand every detail from beginning to end. I have never felt rushed. He truly cares which makes all the difference to me. He recommend realistic options and really does his best to get to the root of the problem. I first saw him many years ago & recently needed to come back via virtually & he was just as great as the first time! I HIGHY recommend him! THE BEST!!

He is SENSATIONAL. He has YOU AND YOUR HEALTH AS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. Highly recommended.

Staff is the problem, they are unorganized, not trained properly and don’t listen. Switched doctors after visit. Actually loved the Doctor, hated the rest of the experience... Canceled my follow up appointment and somehow still got charged $25 for a NoSho. The amount time time I will waste fighting it, they can keep my $25, they obviously need it more than I do.

Excellent and caring physician.

Dr. Soff is an outstandintg doctor. He takes his time to explain things to you in a way that you can understand. Our family would follow him anywhere as we all love him. You might not get an appointment right away but he is worth waiting for. The staff is excellent and the office is comfortable and clean. Waiting time is very quick once you get there.

Been a patient of Dr Soff over 10+ yrs. Moved 2 VA 2 be closer 2 family. Miss him dearly. He is one of the best, most caring, knowledgeable, efficient, lovely, professional, funny Doctors I have ever had & always gives hugs ?? when I was feeling down. I’m a Flight Attendant...been planning 2 fly back 4 follow up appts. Complicated, but not impossible hope 2 see him & staff esp Bree. Trying 2 find local Gastro, but don’t want anyone else ??. Maybe I can send him a flight buddy pass 2 VA ??!?

Since I've been seeing Dr.Soff he has been fantastic! Even though you may have to wait in the office alittle bit it's because he takes his time with his patients. He listens, doesn't rush you in and out, answers any and all of your questions, and explains everything to you well! Thank you Dr.Soff!

I cannot recommend Dr. Soff because I never met him. I arrived on time for a 2pm appointment and was still waiting at 4:05pm. I left. A day to schedule future procedures should be routine by now. The room where my vital signs were taken was filthy and neglected; stained rug that had not been shampooed; wallpaper peeling off the wall. There were boxes of open records stacked up. I was told it was a storage room; but good enough for patients. Other issues too, but, not enough room!

If you want a doctor that listen's and takes the time to answer all your questions Dr. Soff is the kind of doctor that you want to see.

This guy has a enthusiastic and friendly demeanor. He took the time to thoroughly listen, document and explain. His easy to follow lifestyle changes and medicinal supplements has, so far, relieved me of the abdominal cramping that I experienced. Thanks Doc! See you in a few weeks for me follow-up. Overall Great Guy...You will not be disappointed in choosing him.
