Dr. Matthew Sniezek, DO

I have been with Dr. Sniezek 3 years he gets a 2 star review. The staffs I don't care attitude has me wanting to fire him. In Feb I called in because I was having difficulty breathing was informed he could not see me. I was seen at insta care and was told I could be having a heart attack. I stopped in to tell him about what was happening to me dropped off the ekg report. The staff all but ignored my problem. Two days later I was admitted in hospital with heart failure and pneumonia. Called his office yesterday because I have a cough and running nose with a lot of congestion. No return call as soon as I can replace this Dr. he is fired.

I suffer from high functioning anxiety. Dr Sniezek is very patient and calm. I never feel rushed and everything is explained. I see he is not accepting new patients so that must tell you something, what a great doctor he is

I had blood work done July 19, 2020 in the ER. The results were sent to this office. I had an appointment there in October and my hgb was low I was never informed of this. I had a specialty appointment on November 30th and SHE informed me that I could be anemic. I had blood work done yesterday and I was called about the results and that was it. Low hemoglobin. Not to follow up, not what I should do about it. I called figuring the doctor may have been told and I could get some kind of direction. So I was left wondering all day, with no return call. Wonder how many days if I ever get a call back?

I'm a recovering addict and I've had trouble in the past with other PCP's not taking my concerns seriously. I feel like I did not matter and they just wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Dr. Sniezek treats me with kindness and respect. He truly cares about his patients issues. I used to dread having to visit my PCP but now I have no problem! It feels great to be treated like a person ! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you Dr. Sniezek for everything you do for me and more importantly for always taking me seriously and addressing my concerns!

I highly recommend Dr Sniezek. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions.

This doctor is a joke. My wife was seen for a sore throat and cough she had for weeks. He amateur diagnosis was allergies. She had already been on steroids and antihistamines without results, so obviously, it's not allergies. We then had to go see a specialist to get a real answer from a real doctor. She was diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. My insurance would not pay for this specialist visit without a referral. I attempted to get Sniezek's office to do a retro-referral. I brought in a form and I had filled out 75% of it for them. All I needed was a couple lines completed. The doctor wouldn't do it since he didn't refer the patient from the start. So my wife is just supposed to live with his wrong diagnosis? If he doesn't know what he is doing then he should be giving his patients the option of going to a physician who does if his "diagnosis" is incorrect. Needless to say, she has found a new PCP. I would recommend anyone considering Sniezek to look elsewhere.

I was given this doctor by mistake. He didn’t seem interested in answering any of my questions. He was supposed to write me a percrition and it was never called in and no one can find it. The drs office doesn’t want to be bothered with it. They just give me to someone else and all I can do is leave a message.

My mom, 89 years old, suffers from pancreatitis & stage 3 kidney disease. During the 3rd week of a bout with pancreatitis her nausea & diarrhea medicine was not working but the office would not give her a prescription medicine to address this or a new nausea medicine as the old one only worked on occasion. After 30+ years at this practice & retirement of her primary the office and new doc could not keep facts straight and did not seem to care. Not enough room for other facts.
