Went to a IME exam for a accident where I was rear ended in stand still traffic and pushed into the car in front of me 12/18/19 i hurt my neck shoulder and knee I have two young children I cannot work because as a chef you must stand which I was in physical therapy for after meeting me at a office he rents space in to talk to me for 5 minutes agree I need to keep working on my knee and shoulder and then DENY my no fault claim and deem my therapy not “medically necessary “ after not even touching me is the fakest thing I’ve encountered in my 34 years of life!! This whole insurance thing is a scam and I’m going to arbitrate this

MAKES YOU WAIT FOREVER TO SEE YOU FOR 2MINUTES. FRONT DESK STAFF IS JUST AS BAD . IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR HIM TO LIE ON IME REPORTS JUST FOR FINANCIAL GAIN

Independent medical evaluations are just that independent and very subjective . He doesn't listen to a word you say if he lets you get a word in at all. Copies all of his notes from the previous visit and makes you wait before the exam for a ridiculous amount of time . With back and neck pain no one should be sitting in a hard chair for 45 minutes. He is in the pocket of workers comp and literally lies on his doctors notes . Says he evaluates you when you spend 5 min in office . Stay Away !!!!!
