Professional, knowledgeable, great nursing team
Dr. Siegel and his team have been providing me with years of great care from initial testing, diagnosis and a treatment plan for my condition. The team goes above and beyond in regards to my overall care and treatment. Blood Lab results are usually within 15-30 minutes of drawing blood so Dr. Siegel has them for review during my follow up visits.

A little disappointed
I've had great support from this doctor when I needed it, but...I also needed support when he did not provide it. I waited for about 40 minutes in the exam room with no explanation or apology from anyone. Very unusual and I guess that killed any good frame of mind I might have started out with by the time he came in. I felt rushed through the appointment and he responded to my concerns as if they were trivial and they weren't. I felt like what I was asking was silly, and it wasn't. What happened was the exception and not the rule. But it bothered me enough to write this because my time is important too. Would I recommend him? I probably would. Everyone can have a bad day. I will just have to see how it goes from here on out.
