He was 'Pain Mgt Dr'. During 2015-2016 when my ins stated he was the only pain mgt dr available to me! He refused to try any treatment or options.All he was willing to do was blind epidural without MRI!No request of my past 15yrs of records.No file on me.never sat down.stood at door! I rec 2hydro/day to treat my complex pain mgt.He was only in Thursdays to 4pm!'Left town' many times without warning,for weeks.No back up dr. Left pts nothing.no explanations! My ins got involved & he released me!
