Always compassionate care
I've had steroid shots, diagnostic shots and spinal ablation procedures with Dr Riley numerous times over the last few years since he arrived at OrthoVA. They are a much better facility with him and other compassionate and caring and qualified doctors on staff. He's always treated me with respect and after I introduced my mom to receive care he always asks about her. He remembers. That's a gift in grateful for!

I was seen for emergency care. Dr. Riley listened,
I am especially grateful that Dr. Riley listened and took time to understand my history with the problem I was having. I appreciate when doctors listen because as the patient, and any patient, we know what we are experiencing better than anyone.Everyone was kind, patient and caring. I will be seeing him again. Thank you Dr. Riley and his nurse...everyone. Everyone was pleasant and kind. That is so wonderful when you aren't feeling well. It was the end of the day and he stayed later to complete my care. That's a doctor that cares!

I felt confident that he had examined the x-rays, he had examined me, he had asked the right questions, and so I felt that I could trust what he was doing. It did not seem like a cookie cutter appointment.
