This clinic diagnosed correctly
I visited urgent care about a rash on my hand. I was given a cream. The problem with this cream is it had 2 ingredients and one canceled out the other. Dr. Rick’s has a lab onsite! A skin scrape revealed the issue and I received the appropriate prescription. They were very respectful.

horrible
he was rude and dismissive of my conceerns. did not take bp, pulse or history. lied about dangers of the treatment he recommended. worsst experience in 83 years on this earth

RUN don’t walk to this dermatology practice. Cares about outcomes and staff goes above and beyond. I went for a second opinion and after careful evaluation, I finally knew what was happening with my skin and have been very happy with the results.

When my husband visited, not only was he treated like a number. The person who examined him only looked at his upper body. She discovered a mole in his ear lobe and took it out, but completely missed a spot of slow growing cancer on his face. Also our insurance did not cover all of the charges.
