Initially seems great but then becomes condescending, belligerent and gets annoyed when returning a call. The office staff is incompetent with patients needs. The office is like a factory with a revolving door. Started off great and then turned into a horrible experience. Stay away if you need someone on top of your medical needs. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Dr. Pham treated me in the hospital, was in there for 3 weeks and he checked on me and let me know what the plan was every day. Dr. Pham made sure that all equipment that I need was taken care of before I left the hospital. I would love to see him as a outpatient

Called me, only 2.5 weeks after open heart surgery/rare tumor in Aortic valve- "a junkie".Cut off my pain medicine as he continued to belittle me by calling me "a junkie". His nurses are all siding with him, except Hope, one wonderful person. Shila, nurcing director, Amanda-night supervisor, Travis-supervisor, Dan-charge nurse, Beverly and many others treated me, like I am non existant trash, while enjoying seing me in such excruciating pain as he cut pain meds and refused MRI after a hard fall on my chest, only 3 weeks since my open heart surgery, done in a great hospital-"Summerlin". I got here after skilled nursing facility, called 911 as they gave me sepsis and Mursa. He is rude, cruel, indifferent.

Dr. Pham treated me the ER at Desert Springs hospital. Admitted me for 3 days due to low sodium. He checked on me each day I was there and kept me up to date om my progress. Very likable and showed concern. Great doctor
