Dr. Matthew Moretti, DO

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Moretti for as long as he’s been in practice. He’s the most kind and considerate Dr. He’s never to busy for his patients.

This doctor came recommended to me by my friends in nursing etc. and I’ve always gone to Holy Cross. Quick appointment scheduling, no wait time, and overall good doctor. He has a great bedside manner. However, I do agree with a lot of the reviews (and I never leave reviews ever) that he doesn’t listen/focuses on volume. He doesn’t address any roots of your issues, “he gets too many labs back” was a direct quote. Tells you you’re fine, not thorough or no desire to truly treat why you went there. But that’s because I had genuine unanswered health questions. If you just need check-ups, or a basic primary that you don’t need to advocate for yourself, he’s competent and quick. The personal digs about him being a frat bro or dumb are inaccurate. He’s a really disarming and personable doctor if you just need basic PCP. He wasn’t thorough enough/didn’t care, so I chose the concierge doctor located in Boca for more personalized approach, better testing/labs and attention to detail.

I was happy with Dr. Moretti's approach and communication skills. He really cares about his patients and spends time answering all my questions. His team of workers are very professional and very helpful to me and other patients. He runs a clean place. he is on time with my appointments. He is a caring well qualified doctor.

This is one doctor I would and do trust with my life . He is very caring and very helpful always I will not change plans if I have to lose him as my doctor

I am very impressed with Dr. Moretti’s bedside manners. He is kind and gets back quickly. My whole family is seeing him now!

Dr. Moretti is great! Even though I typically only see him once a year, he engages in conversation like we just saw each other. He spends time understanding my concerns and is honest with his assessments/feedback, even when they are difficult conversations to have.

I needed a new primary care physician and visited with Doctor Moretti today as a new patient. I was a little hesitant after reading quite a few negative reviews online, but frankly I never experienced anything but a professional, positive, friendly, knowledgeable caring doctor. One who gave appropriate medical advice and made me feel that he is not there to take my money or come in for unnecessary visits like many other offices. It has been daunting looking for a new doctor because my insurance changed. Previously I had been with the same doctor for over 5 years. I have put off the search for over 6 months, but finally had no choice because I was due for an annual and prescription refills. So thank you for making this process easy. The office staff was friendly. I like that they are associated with the hospital and have the lab on site so I didn’t need to go to Quest to have bloodwork done. Overall very positive experience. I moved to the area recently and had to find a new doctor. After reviewing who was around my location, I chose Dr. Moretti. Today, I just got back from my appointment and was very pleased with him. He is very professional and seemed concerned for me and the issues we discussed. Normally, I would not take the time to write but definitely wanted to give a good recommendation. I came home and let my wife know that she should consider their office for her doctor's needs as well.

Needs to go to charm school, then back to medical school for more then a DO degree, if you can call it that! And he’s training others!! Now, there’s a travesty. Ignorant, impolite, pompous and arrogant, not a good list of attributes for anyone, especially for a supposed, professional. Don’t waste your time with this amateur, run the other way.

Staff not very competent , the wait time for a phone call is over 20 minutes. They never follow through with faxing referrals in a timely manner. Patients time is not valid. So unprofessional .

Dr Moretti is an excellent doctor... takes his time to understand the situation. Show compassion while explaining the process. I highly recommend Dr Moretti to my family and friends...

I wish Doctors understood that part of the consultation is the staff. The WORST staff ever... rude, obnoxious, arrogant and ghetto. Do yourself a favor and book another Dr.

The staff has gotten worse and worse over the years. Do yourself a favor you're better off going to a CVS or Walgreens clinic then going to this office. Never get sick because that really doesn't matter to this office.

He's horrible. Doesn't call in your medications when you need them and is an obnoxious and rude. Told me abdominal pain was in my head, saw another doctor it turned out to be a hiatal hernia. His nurse isn't to bright she doesn't know a blood pressure cuff from a tongue depressor.

Refused to give me a handicapped plackard. I have longstanding back issues ( 5 herniated discs, spondyliosis, spinal stenosis, scoliosis & sciatica . I had a hip and knee replaced in the last 2.5 years, and my other hip is bone on bone! I understand not giving a permanent plackard to someone who just had a joint replacement(s), but someone who has been suffering for at least 15 years is not in the best interest of his patients! His pat answer is.. if I do it for you I have to give it to everyone

After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I had to return to work. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, but she could not tell me. I asked for if the doctor could give me a call to read the results of my blood test, the receptionist said no. She said I would have to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that does not have the ability to wait more than an hour for a scheduled appointment.

Pleasant, positive, professional attitude. I like his evidence-based style and recommendations.

Young and smart guy with great solutions for your problems. Front office personnel are cortesious and accommodating

So disappointing, the stuff is very unfriendly there don't care, there should not work in a Doctor office, there put you on hold forever...., the doctor doesn't even look and really listen at you.????????????????????????????????

I've been going to Dr. Moretti for a few years and as of August 24, 2016, I will never step foot near that office again. His staff is the worst, they lie when they tell you they are waiting for referral from insurance company only to find out they never contacted insurance company hence leaving you wait for 3 weeks and blaming insurance company. Dr. Moretti does not return phone calls and when you are able to get him on the phone, he's rude, like you're bothering him, does not care!!!
