Dr. Matthew McIff, MD

Dr McIff is fantastic!!! He answers any all questions. I would highly recommend him for your personal physician.

Always pleasant and upbeat. Spends plenty of time counseling and listening.

If I could give zero stars I would. His staff is absolutely so rude and make it obvious they do not care about their patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. He is all about the money and not the patient. If you want a doctor that honestly cares about you and your health please go to anyone else. His nurses and staff are rude and condescending!

Absolutely terrible! He does not care about his patients care. The office staff is terribly rude and left me on hold for over an hour. Please do anywhere else.

This is terrible. I had made an appointment with Dr. McIff and then my appointment was cancelled and the rescheduled...what they didn't inform me was that instead of scheduling my appointment with Dr. McIff they scheduled with the nurse practitioner Anderson. My husband showed up for his appointment this morning at 7:15 that was confirmed and no one was there, the door was locked and tried calling with no answer. He waited around until 8:00am to be told that he was to have entered through the back door and was never told. He was not seen and now was rescheduled for April, again this is when he found out that this was with Anderson and not McIff. I am so very disappointed and to leave a review for Dr. McIff that we never even saw a 1 star when really it was the staff that was deceitful and obviously do not believe that anyone else's time is important and costly. We were trying to establish a Dr. and we were will to wait as we did to only be cancelled and then lied to.

This guy is our family doctor and I couldn't possibly say enough good about him, we just love him even my kids which is saying a lot. He's a great listener, never rushes you out the door, takes time to explain whatever is needed based on appt, he's honest. There's a reason he's so packed and hard to get into, he's one in a million.

Dr. McIff has been incredible. When I had COVID he and his staff checked on me daily. When I thought I was having a heart attack he took me seriously and discovered that it was a panic attack. Now, as I’m working to become healthier and change some lifelong habits he is encouraging and helpful. I feel like he genuinely cares and is never in a hurry!
