excellent experience
I wasn't sure what to expect with Dr. Lutz and staff. From the moment that I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Wait time to see the Dr. was minimal. Very impressed with Dr Lutz. He was professional and showed genuine concern. He was concerned about my comfort level during my procedure. He's great at communication, answered all questions, pleasant to talk to and even a slight bit humorous. I highly recommend him and will definitely see him again if the need arises.

Dr Lutz removed a small spot from my husband scalp that was NOT even the cancer spot that was shown in multiple pictures. He obviously did not pay attention and was not willing to pay even a minimal amount of damages to my husband that had to have a second surgery to remove the correct one. So sad people do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Dr. Lutz was very friendly, straight-forward, and professional when I went to him about a hearing problem, which he accurately diagnosed and resolved. I had no complaints.

Dr. Lutz does not have good bedside manners; it's his way or the highway. Thankfully we got a second opinion and got to see a professional, understanding and personable doctor, who made us feel better during a very difficult time. If you want a good doctor, I would do your research, I do not recommend Dr. Lutz. I usually do not take time to write reviews, but felt it was necessary in this case. We left his office feeling worse than the day we received the cancer diagnosis.

I had deviated septum surgery. Dr. Lutz left me with a perforated septum which now requires another surgery. The worst part is that he doesn't even do the follow-up visits after surgery. So I was told by his nurse practitioner. While she is nice, the follow up care should come from the surgeon, at least once! She suggested I see him to plan for the next surgery. No thanks! I will find a competent surgeon who actually cares about following through with the patient after the surgery.

Was completely wrong about my CAT scan diagnosis, fortunately I got a 2nd opinion. Dr Lutz is more interested in billing unnecessary surgery & to quote him putting the money in my checking account.

The office staff does not tell you that you have to have all balances paid ib full before you can have surgery done. Then they wait til a week or so before and demand that it be paid or surgery will be canceled.Checkin Staff doesnt take time to tell patients of balances. Was ther a number of times before and nothing said. Dr Lutz listened to me and seemed like he knew what he was talking about.
