Dr. Matthew Lefferman, DO

Dr. Lefferman and his team were wonderful to deal with. We used them to do an evaluation for my father and stepmom in order to get them placed in an assisted living facility. They knew we were in a time crunch and the appointments were set up, and took place, in a matter of days. The paper work was sent to the assisted living facility within 24 hours. They were a pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation to use them again.

Was just a phone visit regarding my uncle Walter Torley the dr said he would research some private homes here in the Santa Clarita valley although woodland is very nice I would like to have mr Torley closer to me I would by gone 3 hrs and I can not leave my husband for that long

He charges something new every week to Medicare without explanation. We are reporting him for fraud.

Dr Lefferman has been an exceptional part of my 93-year old mother’s health. He has been as attentive, concerned, and committed to her care as if she were 60 years younger! Even after the arrival of covid, he maintained regular contact via skype and telephone. He is careful and considerate in his approach and thoroughly explains the basis of his recommendations. Whenever a new health issue has appeared, and my mom or her caretaker places a call to his office, the response is immediate. Never has Dr Lefferman or his staff made my mom feel as if she were a bother; nor have they ever exhibited impatience. There is never a sense of being rushed. To the contrary, there can be no doubt as to the level of commitment he has for his patients and their welfare. We give him our highest endorsement! Thank you Doc!!!

Our mother recently passed away at the age of 98, and for several years received superb, attentive, and appropriate care from Dr. Lefferman and his team. Dr. L knows how to treat the entire patient, and not just the numbers: it's a skill that's increasingly rare, and it's hard to find a physician with that sensibility.

Wounderful. He provided a concierge COVID test within 12 hours of me asking for one, and results were delivered right away. He is compassionate, with a warm bed-side manner, and is a real health advocate. He has been a stable, steady force with COVID Clinics and COVID Testing during this time.

Dr. Lefferman is caring, authoritative, thorough and treats the whole family. He was generous with his time helping us to strategize care for my parents well beyond what he needed to do. As a clinician, I had full confidence with him and noted that the other professionals we were working with respected him greatly. He was accessible and his ability to do house calls is extraordinary.

His whole office staff does not return phone calls, points fingers at other staff members and does not own up to their own mistakes. The lack of communication with this doctor and staff while dealing with my mother in a memory care assisted living is horrible. If you want a physician available to answer brief emails, phone calls or even to narrow down an appointment time I would look elsewhere.

This guy is too busy to even return phone calls. Don’t bother with him. I was referred to him by the assisted care facility that my mom is in and I’ve been nothing but disappointed by his lack of caring, lack of follow up and the impersonal attitude of he and his staff. Fancy website with a lot of promises but he doesn’t seem to care much about his patients or their families.
