The worst experience I ever had, I have had Shingles 3 times with extreme complications, and I had to ask him for a prescription for the Vaccine. He sent in a prescription a month ago, I was told my insurance denied it because I am not over 50 w/o a Prior Authorization. I was never called back once, I must have called 15 times, and every time they told me 48 hours. I am just disgusted with their lack of concern. I now call and they tell me to find a new provider because he moved to the VA. WOW......... So in the midst of this CORONAVIRUS, I have to stress and worry that I am at a great risk because of the last episode of Shingles went in through my ear and into my face.

Dr. Graham is the first doctor I have seen that was on time, I did not have to wait one minute past my appointment time. He has a friendly demeanor, professional attitude and very easy to talk to. I actually got to finish explaining my symptoms and concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend him.

I am soooo beyond disaoointed with this Dr. I had such high hopes as he seemed competent it first, however, after meeting with him (2nd time) & explaining to him that I had made the decision to leave my neurologist after 6 yrs & go & have him do my meds only & made sure that this was all OK with him, & that my RX’s were all OK with him at which point he said yes, & that he would handle them, the very first time I called in a refill I was told he didn’t agree with that Rx all of a sudden and could not refill it. His idea of helping a patient is to cut them off of a medication that required weaning them off by omitting it cold turkey! And NO this was not a narcotic but it does have severe side effects. I feel this was inhumane & absolute laziness as he would not call me back &only had staff call me back to tell me he had not changed his mind but was adamant that he WOULDN’ refill it and to find another Dr! UNPROFESSIONAL TANTRUM!

Dr Graham was well prepared for our fist visit and asked appropriate questions to continue my care. He was kind, took his time with me, and I left knowing that he will be truly concerned about my well-being.

Today my husband was to see dr Graham. He was a new patient so we needed to be at the clinic 30 minutes before to fill papers out. We did arrive 15 minutes late (11:15) and stood at the window for someone to greet us till 11:21. We were then told that the dr probably wouldn’t see us because we were not at the reception desk at 11:00. Makes me wonder what happens if dr Graham comes into the patients room exactly at 11:30. And if not what happens in the office!

Dr Graham takes the time to sit and listen. He makes me feel like my health is a team effort. I can always get an actual person on the phone, image that! They're so helpful and can usually reach who I need to speak with! Christina is always on top of things, very professional yet so personable and easy to talk with. She calls me back usually the same day with answers to any questions I may bother her with and she never does seem bothered :). Five stars!!
