Dr. D saw me same day for my problem . Really aggravating pain in my right eye for 3 Weeks diagnosed as persistent abrasion. He listened to my symptoms and after flipping my eyelid - found a leaf fragment embedded of all things. Wow immediate relief! So good . Thanks Doc !

Dr. Deich is an excellent doctor. I see him for all my routine vision needs. Recently Dr. Deich perforned my first cataract surgery. It was a very positive experience with a great outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. M. Deich to someone looking for eye care.

Earliest appointment was 2 months out for a consultation for a stye removal (as an established patient). At the appointment he told me that he could remove the stye the following week and that Tara will schedule it. It had been a couple of days, so I reached out to the Waters location and the staff put in a request for Tara to call me. A day goes by, so I follow-up again, this time I’m transferred to Tara, she tells me she’s in between patients, that the doctor is very busy and I’m not getting an appointment that week, not sure when but she’ll call me back in 30 minutes to schedule. Another day goes by and she hadn’t called me back, so I leave her a voicemail.At this point I decide to reach out to the office manager since I’ve been unable to schedule a simple follow up appointment for an in-office procedure.Tara calls me back (because of the office manager’s involvement) and tells me that Dr Deich is transferring me to a new doctor. This referral happened 6 days after the consult.

I was a new. patient, and he entered the examination room without introducing himself. I was told that my cataracts could wait. One year later he said there was 'nothing more we can do for you.' And, I was discharged without a follow up appointment. There are patients without my medical background who would have assumed that their eye sight situation was not treatable. I have told people in the medical field about my experience, and they are incredulous, including an opthalmologist in the same practice.

Went to Dr. Deich for my cataract surgery. Good experience, no complaints. Vision improved tremendously. Recommend Dr. Deich to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Great Visit with Dr. Deich!

I was a little hesitant to have my eye check-up because I felt that my vision is as good as it is going to get for my age; however, Dr. Deich was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.

I took my grandfather in for cataract surgery with Dr Deich and all I can say is thank you! I was brought to tears hearing him say he could see my face for the first time in years. Overall a great experience, I don’t have a negative thing to say.

Luckily I don't have to visit my eye doctor more than twice a year, but I never mind seeing Dr Deich. He along with the rest of the staff is very friendly. Appointments are always quick without feeling like I'm being rushed. Deich is smart and has a good bedside manner. See you in February Dr Deich!

I have visited several different ophthalmologists and found Dr Deich the be perfect balance. Intelligent and quite courteous. He treated my stye with antibiotics and a steroid injection, which healed it quickly. I have no complaints.

Extremely happy with the results of my cataract surgery by Dr. Deich. He is polite and competent. I have no complaints. Best Doc around as far as I'm concerned.

Deich is not friendly, doesn’t acknowledge your in room, very dry personality, he acts like he doesn’t want to talk to you. Do not recommend. I do not trust him, I think he is rude.

Bad case of pink eye, Dr Deich gave a prompt diagnosis and quickly gave me the medication necessary for treatment. Excellent bedside manner. Would certainly recommend to a friend.
