Dr. Crago is very capable and listens to what I have to say. He has been my PCP for several years. His practice is run very well. When I have any diagnostic test done, I get a phone call within a day or two telling me the results. He lets me participate in decisions about my healthcare. His staff are always courteous and friendly and have accommodated me when I need an appointment. I worked for 43 years as an RN and think he is one of the best. I recommend Dr. Crago without reservation.

Since they moved to there new office the quality of care has greatly reduced. The older staff that moved with him are friendly as they always were but the newer staff are rude and treat you like many other doctors do just as a number and not a person. Also if you do not have insurance and plan to pay at time of service you will not be seen. I understand that many Doctors like insurance but if a patient no longer has insurance denying them for that fact is disgraceful.
