My experience
Dr. Clavenna was both very knowledgeable and very personable—he even laughed at a couple of my bad jokes. My sinus problem was healed in a couple of days. If I need an ENT guy he’s the guy.

My recent appointment with Dr. Clavenna for a medical concern was exceptionally smooth and efficient. The process—from options for pre-patient paperwork to appointment reminders—was seamlessly managed. Upon arrival at the office, check-in was prompt despite initially seeing a waiting room full of patients. Surprisingly, I was called in just ten minutes later. Dr. Clavenna stands out from typical medical experiences where visits can feel transactional. Instead of simply rushing through symptoms and solutions to get you out the door, Dr. Clavenna took the time to genuinely listen. He initiated casual conversation, asking about my work and hobbies, demonstrating a caring approach that goes beyond mere diagnosis and treatment. For anyone seeking a doctor who is passionate about patient care and takes the time to connect personally, Dr. Clavenna is an excellent choice.

Disrespectful
I made an appointment to see Dr. Clavenna and showed up as requested 15 minutes prior to my appointment to check in. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time with no word from the staff or doctor.I finally had to reschedule, with another doctor, because Dr. Clavenna was busy. I find this to be very disrespectful and rude to ignore a patient. If I was 30 minutes late to the appointment, I can be sure I would have to pay and reschedule.Hopefully the next doctor will be more prompt/considerate when I return. It really doesn't take much for someone to inform a patient that their doctor will be delayed and by how much time.

My elderly mother suffers from Alzheimer's. When she developed chronic nosebleeds, I took her to see Dr. Clavenna. He cauterized the problematic blood vessel, but because my mother couldn't remember that she had to leave her nose alone while it healed, it took three treatments before the cauterization worked. Throughout every visit, Dr. Clavenna was kind, patient, & explained everything. Above all, he's an incredibly skilled doctor. I would recommend his professional services without reservation

Excellent doctor, i would highly recommend him. Dr. Clavenna was very pro active with my mother treatment and saved her life by understanding the problem and aggressively treating the issue with emergent surgery. She had an absess in her ear that was moving to the brain. If your looking for an ent who will listen and be aggressive with care, he is your man!

Dr. Clavenna treated me for a sinus infection. His exam, diagnosis and prescribed course of treatment quickly and thoroughly cleared up the condition. I found him to be very professional and competent. He was very easy to talk with, as he explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions, taking all of the time necessary to do so. In addition to being a good doctor, he is also a very personable young man.
