Only doctor
Dr Brett is the ONLY doctor my husband will go see. For MANY years I could not get my husband to go to a doctor for any reason. We went to Dr Brett because my husband was very sick and needed something prescribed (over the counter was not working). Now, if my husband is not feeling well, he will go to the doctor (Dr Brett), reluctently, but he will go. Thank you Dr Brett!

Smart and Funny!
Dr Brett works in the same clinic as my primary. He's my go to Dr when my primary is out and I need to be seen. Dr Brett is hilarious. He loves to joke and make comical remarks. With that, he's also extremely efficient. He does thorough exams, tests, treatments and follow-ups. He's smart! Any question you have, he has an answer for (or will get it). If you're not comfortable with most male Dr's (like me), you'll change your mind about Dr Brett!

I have been with Dr. Brett for over 10 years and he has spent the time to understand the problem and point you to the right treatment. He has been like a friend and has cared for my family with the upmost professionalism. We have had some complicated situations that helped us get through. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Brett is the best physician I've ever met. He is patient, attentive & caring. He listens to me as a freind would & doesn't rush through our visits. He really tries hard to get to know his patients.

Have seen Dr. Brett for probably 10 years now. He's also been the doctor for our family, and some very special friends. Always easy to schedule and work with. He's open to ideas on my care, and always pleasant. Good referrals when needed. And his demeanor is great. As a local he's aware of everyone and their activities. Great community member.

Not experienced or smart enough to help patients with more than common cold or simple accidents. I trusted him my life and now my life is near over. Too arrogant to refer me to others where I needed to go to get proper care. He is scary! He acts and speaks with authority of God rather than humble himself to his proper level of entry level regular Joe. If he was as good as he thinks he is; he would be getting big city successful physician's paycheck and I would still have a chance at a life!

Matt Brett is one of the finest factors I have met. I was diagnosed with a rare disorder 45 years ago that has 5 systems. He is excellent in coordinating 6 specialists and is very caring. He is best described as a young Marcus Welby; treating newborns to geriatrics and knows when to get a specialist. Thank you Matt - I will always appreciate you and your team.

I've been seen at the Niwot office by a PA.Even though dr Brett is my primary I've only seen the PA.Today I went in paid my co pay: and was told to go to the ER.My chief compliance; nausea and vomiting, extreme headache high fevers off/on,difficulty catching my breath with my fingers tips tingly my lips numb.Cough with some mucous. All this for the last 4days, breathing issues started today. PA did not listen to breathe sounds offered only sending me to ER. no help. Practice should be ashamed.
