Same old healthcare
See my 12/15 review. That brings me to this. Today 3/9/22 my new doctor's office called and asked if I had signed the request and had Bosner's forward my records to them. I told them I had on 1/24/22. They said nothing had been sent and they were needed prior to my upcoming appointment. My new doctor's secretary said she would get the info as I had signed the needed form. Ten minutes later she called me back saying Bosner's told her that there was no record of me doing so and I would have to do it or risk losing a long scheduled appointment. I called the Hospital administration and was informed my signed request was on file in their computer. Miraculously, when called by admin, Bosner's office (who couldn't find it earlier) remembered it, claimed to have acted on it but have no explanation why it wasn't received. The community is full of stories like mine told by other victims. Canceled surgeries & appointments due to neglected request. You deserve better! .
