Extremely efficient and understanding
I have a chronic health problem that makes it tough to get proper help. Multiple things happened and I just wasn't sure what I needed. I knew that I needed fluid. He listened well. I felt heard and like I had a valid problem. He efficiently and quickly got my needs met so I could continue on with my life. I didn't even have to self advocate. This was a great experience for going to an ER.

2 thumbs down!
Above all else we are committed to the care and improvement of human life is the HCA motto and he is a direct contradiction of that. He was a dismissive and arrogant man. I saw him at 1 am because it was the 2nd time in a week that I stood up and the pain was like a knife in my back and couldn’t move for several minutes. When I asked for a mri , I was told insurance wouldn’t pay for it and it has to be done outpatient . His report that you can read in the portal was full of wrong information. Not sure if they were typos or intentional. Basically was sent home after 1. 5 hrs and at 9 am was calling my neurosurgeon because I stood up and it happened again . She told me that they would pay for an MRI and had me go to Regional Memorial. I had a severe herniated disc and will be having surgery. It is disheartening as a health care provider myself to know that someone would be so non compassionate in such a time of need with their verbal, emotional and physical manner. 2 thumbs down!

If there was less than 1 star, he would get it
Brought my child in for an emergency visit in pain. He felt he knew better than the previous doctors when I asked for further testing and was very rude and said that even though she was in dire pain and dizzy, it was non emergent. Sent us away with a stronger antibiotic and more of his condescending attitude. If he ever is the doctor on duty and we have to come again, we will go elsewhere!

A horrible human being who does not take the time with his patients. In fact in my paperwork it states I saw him when in reality I did not.

It was horrible. He does not need to practice medicine. he is the most unempathetic person. When i got there he didnt even exam me. He said it was Flu season so i had the flu. Well the next day i tested positive for strep. I spent 10 hours with a fever and in severe pain all because he wouldn't do a strep test like i asked. The nurses on staff that night was caddy and rude. They were having personal conversations about sex. Ill refuse any treatment at that facility in the future
