The guy was a complete no-show. I had an initial telehealth consultation with him and he never showed up. I called his office and they did not pick up.

Missed most of the appointments and blamed me. Useless liar who can't help me with anything and now I don't have my medications.

I left a review of Dr. Barrett, he has responded by stating that the review was meant for another Dr that it couldn't have been him. Yes, it was you, Dr. Barrett, I stand by everything I said in my last review. You were rude then and are rude now. You should be ashamed that you charged me 300 cash for a half hr. I had paratransit picking me up and you running late then talking to the pharmaceutical representative left me only a half hr with you. I was very upset and never returned.

He genuinely cares about each and every patients welfare and doesn't look at your past or present as a negative only as ways to change for a better self. I would recommend him to anyone seeking the honest helpful truth and who is really looking to make any and all positive changes in their lives. He is very professional towards everyone. He is also very extremely smart and has many ways to advise on how to only make YOUR life better. As long as your open and ready for positive change he is dr 4u

This is literally the worst psychiatrist we have ever encountered, in over 11 years of our daughter seeing mental health professionals. He does not respond to attempts to contact him, even with valid Medical Power of Attorney in effect- “I only check my voicemail once a week”. Upon first seeing our daughter, he immediately changed her medications, although she was literally in the best shape psychiatrically ever - she rapidly fell back into full psychosis. This doctor is dangerous - stay away.
