Unfortunately, the office was closed due to the holiday season. After leaving a message, someone promptly responded, taking the initiative to find assistance.Enter Alexis, a highly skilled dental assistant who promptly came to the office. Her gracious and efficient approach not only resolved my issue but also left a lasting positive impression. Alexis exhibited remarkable personability and genuine care, particularly considering the inconvenience of being called into work during her holiday break. Her patience and helpful demeanor were truly commendable, turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Barefoot and his outstanding team for their dedication and exceptional service.
