Dr. Matteo Valenti, DO

I reached out to address a refill issue with my primary physician and was prompted to the front desk (Cyntereia), only to experience unprofessional conduct. Cyntereia was dismissive and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher up. When I attempted to call back, I was hung up on again. This behavior is unacceptable and prompted me to escalate my concerns to patient advocacy.As a long-time patient, I have always valued Dr. Valenti as my primary care physician. However, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the front desk staff today was disappointing and uncharacteristic of the care I have come to expect.The front desk is the face of his office which does not represent him in a positive way.

I’m new to the Detroit area and went to Dr. Valenti as a new patient. I could not ask for a better experience. Very down-to-earth and could tell he was genuinely interested in getting to know me as well as my medical history. Would recommend to anyone.
