Dr. Masha Nakelchik, MD

Calling and calling , leaving massages. Impossible to contact the office. They don’t return calls. All I want is to schedule an appointment.

Two days and not a single phone call out of more than 20 I made were picked up.

It is the third day that I am trying to reach the doctor of office or someone else who just simply pick up the phone and schedule an appointment . Apparently, Masha is no longer working.

Dr. Nakelchik has been taking care of my 96 year old mother. She is extremely kind and caring. She is honest and factual. She supports family decisions. She goes the extra mile. Her office is conveniently located next to an acute care hospital O'Connor. She is available when needed.

I found, for me, that this doctor did not work out, all of the visits were very negative. I have diabetes and she told me that losing weight and changing my diet would not help my diabetes and every visit just got worse, no thanks.

My elderly Mother sees Dr. Nakelchik on a regular basis. I always accompany her to the visits. We both like Dr. Nakelchik very much. She sits down with Mom, face to face, and goes over things with her. Mom usually has questions, which Dr. Nakelchik answers with patience and kindness. If Mom asks to see a specialist, Dr. Nakelchik doesn't hesitate to write a referral. She doesn't rush us She is polite and calm and smiles. Wait time can be an issue unless scheduling first appt after lunch.

Dr. Nakelchick wou like to be concierge doctor. Unavailable on most Fridays and Mondays and It is impossible to get through to her office, a very big problem that she and the groups do not seem interested in solving. The only time a patient does not have to wait forever to be seen is the first appointment after lunch. I had nagging pain in my shoulder and she told me I was getting old. True enough, so I went to a an orthopedist who will replace me aching shoulder

Dr. Nakelchik is fantastic! I really feel like she saved my husbands life and gave him a new begging a better quality of life. We have been seeing her for the past 8 years. She is amazing!!
