Horrible
I am fighting lymphoma on the 5th floor bmt unit jeans. Where I get treated like gold!! But this Dr. Has put your facility at risk. And my life. I have no thyroid gland in my body. All I needed was a new prescription. She kept me waiting exam room 42 min. Then she set zoom call but never informed me. No text no call. And I still have no meds. How long can I last ?? Look it up. Foxchase you had better take a good hard look at this endocrine Dr

She makes too many mistakes. She confuses me with her medical explanations. I live in Berlin, NJ and she sent me to Ohio to pick up my medication. She sent prescriptions to Humana (mail order RX) and forget to write down the dosage and directions on how to take medication. She forgot to schedule my Prolia shot for osteoporosis. I spoke briefly to her about theses problems. Nothing has changed.

I had to keep calling her to get results and questions answered. She hardly ever returned my calls and instead had her nurse call me. Even when diagnosing me she said you should look that up and then follow up with me in 6 months. Despite tests and results pointing to issues she kept having her nurse call me to say I was fine. It took several phone calls and another on call doctor to even get Dr Khan to respond . I found a new Endocrinologist and then my ability to access my chart was disabled because of this. I would truly fund another doctor to go to becuase Dr.Khan couldn't even remember what test I had done and was cold and callous when diagnosing me, she didn't even ask me to come in ,but diagnosed me over the phone.

Make no mistakes! She is a horrible Doctor! Not a good listener, does not follow through with medications, overall, exhibits a genuine lack of patient concern.

Dr. Khan is an excellent doctor; she's smart; easy to talk to and is caring. I have had only positive experiences with her. Anytime I had a question she was quick to return my call. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and actually have recommended her to others, who also had a positive experience with Dr. Khan.

My husband has a tumor on his para thyroid. She got the test results over 2 weeks ago, we called and left 3 messages for her to call us . Nothing! We are going elsewhere. Such an unprofessional, uncaring, greedy woman. Please see someone else. She sucks.
