I was 10 minutes late after a 2 hour bus ride messed up they couldn't take me cause it would mess all their schedules up waited 1 and a half months for this appt.had another appt scheduled 1130 got there 1120 had to wait till after 1200 for some reason I wasn't put on the technicians list for the day so I was 10 minutes late sorry I can't help you next appointment waited 45 minutes sorry there was a mix up what happened to my 1130 appointment time lady at front desk is a nightmare nasty rude arrogant how can a Dr office like this have someone so unprofessional working for them spoke to office manager said it sounds like you are having a bad day the 1 time you were here it was 2 times in 2 weeks both times nasty rude arrogant lady at the front desk will never go here again no matter how good the drs are will not be talked to and disrespected like that

I’m very happy seeing Dr Sedarous. I’ve seen her twice, she Is very thorough with her examination. She spent enough time explaining everything to me. Would recommend her to others

Very little bedside manner or compassion! Seems to only want to take on easy cases and not want to look for diagnoses. Rude, does not listen to patients, talks over them. Wasted time and money. Getting a second opinion ASAP! Office staff seems to not want to be there or work.

Dr. Sedarous is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. She asked all the right questions of my husband and listened patiently to my concerns about his advanced dementia. I couldn't be more pleased that Dr. Sedarous was recommended by my husband's cardiologist. He stated that she was excellent and I concur. Don't believe everything that you read.

I scheduled this appointment because I was pretty sure, at this point, that my seizures are triggered from a blood sugar issue. So I brought this up to Sedarous and her literal response was “I don’t know anything about that” and suggested I just try a different medication. I even specifically stated that I don’t have blackout seizures, I know exactly when I’m having them, and she reported me to the motor vehicle agency for blackout seizures after the first review I left. She is a glorified psychiatrist and doesn’t offer any solution or care at all. If you want a pill, she’s a simple appointment, if you want actual HELP and maybe a solution.. perhaps start a journey towards healing - find another doctor and good luck. She’s a glorified psychiatrist that abuses her power and embodies everything wrong with western medicine. 10/10 do not recommend

She did not show any concern nor compassion towards me. She was very cold and dismissive . She actually questioned why i was there as if she didn't believe my symptoms were real. if i can give here NEGATIVE STARS I would. I don't want to even give her one star. Only gave one star so i can submit review

Mary Sedarous was extremely rude to me from the second she entered the room. She was dismissive of all my claims when i was trying to explain to her that my symptoms have gotten worse. I felt belittled and degraded. I left her office in tears. If i can give a rating of zero stars , i would.

Never got results 2 months now.

She is a lovely person and a caring physician. Saw her several times and she was great each time!

I was hospitalized due to being unsteady, off balance, speech problems, shaky etc. She was rude and with a bedside manner of a rabid dog. She made it clear that she did not believe me and thought I was faking. She insisted that this was a 2 week long panic attack and she forced me to walk. That was the first time she met with me and before my MRI and other testing. She sent a team of psychiatrists. It was an incorrect diagnosis. She was terrifying and my warning to all is to stay far away.

Excellent clinician who cared for me during an emergency hospitalization. She provided a thorough examination and took all necessary measures to diagnose my condition. She is personable and clearly explains the care that is needed providing all reasoning for her actions. On follow up in her office everything was well organized, staff was pleasant and there was minimal wait time.

The office staff there is completely incompetent. Not only is their appearance unprofessional (flip flops, messy buns and sweatshirts) but I had a horrible experience with one worker specifically. She was very rude to me over the phone and then... Ready for this.... Changed the time of my appointment without telling me. Only to spite me. If this is behavior that the doctor supports, I will no longer be a patient there. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to see the doctor because of this.

No bedside manner. In fact found her quite rude. Would never go back nor recommend her to anyone. Maybe she was having a bad day.

After reading above reviews I was hesitant. My PMD highly recommended her and I decided to go. Dr Sedarous is a doctor who really cares . Honest sincere and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain my illness . Highly recommended

Not friendly caring or even knowledgeable in Neurology. She reccomended Botox to deaden the nerve responsible for my spasticity in my Calf muscle. Stop the use of a muscle via Botox to help facilitate better walking? Run away, far away.

We do not recommend Dr Sedorous. My son has an diagnosed illness and we were told by the infectious disease doctor to try a neurologist. We tried for another doctor in the group but she was the only one we could get into in a short amount of time. It was a VERY unpleasant experience. She basically told me my son was not ill..just crazy. That's what they told a young man in our town before they knew what Lyme was....not knowing what something is is far different than accusing someone of faking it

Prescribed dosage on Namenda wrong. No one should be started on 10mg twice daily. Was made severely sick.
