Hostile workers - Receptionist and Billing
I think Dr. Sadlek is just very traditional and old school I'd say. I'm in my twenties and I sometimes want a doctor who will actually listen to me speak about my body. I feel like most of my experiences with her, I get cut off a lot of the times. However, my problem isn't with her. It's with her receptionist and the billing department. Not sure what it is but every time I call in, the receptionist is quite hostile. Their billing department is also rude. I had an experience where they had hung up on me because they couldn't help me answer a question or guide me to the right person. It's the main reason why I'm switching doctors because I just don't have the energy to make appts with a hostile office filled with old grumpy ladies.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She walked in, looked me up and down with distain and said she doesn't treat the gays. She started to scolded me for coming to her practice. Hateful people should not be trusted. There is no telling what other bigotry she may be holding against you.

New Dr. for my mother. After two questions regarding labs she said she has NO time for this and was hostile. On her way out the door she flipantly said 'You need to loose weight' as the door was closing. She is just accepting pay check and not providing any real medical care.

Wouldn’t recommend
I had her for less than a year. At first I thought she was ok but she became rude and hostile during several visits. Accused me of being difficult for having dietary restrictions and known food allergies. She also continued to make rude comments about my weight and told me she thought I had a “eating disorder.” At the time I was losing weight due to misdiagnosed health issues that my new doctor after leaving Sadler’s office was able to figure out. Do not waste your money or time.

Dr. Sadlek was our family physician from 2003 through 2021, when we left CA. This length of time speaks for itself. We always found Dr. Sadlek to always be attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. We also saw the practice change and grow over time. All for the good. If you're looking for a family practitioner, this is definitely the place to come. The administrative and nursing staff are excellent and of great support to Dr. Sadlek, and ultimately, her patients.

I have a patient of Dr. Sadlek for over 10 years and she and her staff have been nothing but AMAZING! In 2018, I contracted West Nile Virus. The only reason I found out is because Dr. Sadlek kept searching for reasons why I wasn't feeling better. Unfortunately, This Virus has completely compromised my health, but Dr. Sadlek has continued to send me to several specialist to try and improve my health. She and her staff have tirelessly done research on this Virus and have even referred me to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona(The #1 research center in the country)in order to do more extensive research on this matter. Dr. Sadlek has been my quarterback and her staff lead by her office manager Donna, her MA Victoria and Kathy, her front desk MA Sandra, are my teammates during this very tiring time. I would highly recommend Dr. Sadlek to anyone that is in need of a Compassionate, Knowledgeable, Kind, and all around an AMAZING Physician. I would give her and her staff more than 5 stars if I could!

I first went to Dr. Sadlek 8 years ago. I was on 7 prescription medications and was in poor health. With great care, Dr. Sadlek eased me off all but two small dosage medications and helped me become much, much healthier through the use of vitamins and a change of diet. She never seems rushed and takes personal interest in me. I am now 73 and currently experiencing a health challenge. She has worked closely with my specialists on determining my care. She even called me on a Sunday afternoon after test results came in to give me information and call in a prescription. I know that she will never recommend a test or medication that is unnecessary. I am very happy to refer Dr. Sadlek to anyone. However, if she feels your needs can be better served by a different doctor, she will let you know immediately.

If you want an actual doctor that listens and abides by their oath to “first do no harm,” then I would strongly urge you to continue your search. She does not listen or seem to care much about what you are saying or feeling. She only waits for her turn to speak. I feel my time and money was wasted, in addition to my concerns and medical conditions not being taken seriously. Her appointments are not thorough AT ALL. The wait times are exponentially longer than the visits, regardless of the waiting room occupancy. The only saving grace at this office is the other staff. They are always friendly and kind, including the incredibly professional receptionist. But this doctor is not worth your time. You and your family deserve better care.

Dr. M. Sadleck has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, caring and down to earth. I don’t have to wait too long to be seen. Her caring staff/ MAs (Victoria-back MA, and Sandra-front MA)are the best and make my visit even better. If it wasn’t for Dr. Sadlek I would be in a lots of medical trouble. I referred my friends and my family to her office and will strongly recommend anyone who needs care and a knowledgeable doctor.
